GENERAL CONDITIONS:   The offer includes apartments, completely furnished. The number of the beds is indicated in the description and the price list. The number of the persons who can lodge in the apartments can only change in agreement with the owner (exception for small children in the bed with the parents). Included in the price is the following: accommodation, 1 linen change weekly, kitchen with necessary equipment, electrical range, water, gas and the final cleaning. The prices regard a stay of a minimum of four days (for three and less days price increases for 30%) . The days of the customer's arrival in low season he can decide himself alone, while during high season (July and August) it goes from saturday to saturday. Modifications of the arrival date are possible in agreement with the owner, but only if explicitly demanded and confirmed. All the distances have been linearly indicated and to the single scope to describe the position. Time of arrival is not regulated fixed. The customers leave the apartments in the morning until 10,00.   PAYMENTS:   After receipt of your reservation on-line or via fax we`ll send you expenses estimation and require 30% down payment. Before receipt of this down payment we have no obligation towards the customer. At your arrival into Mali Maj you will be requested to pay the balance of the invoice.   RENOUNCIATION:   If the customer has to cancel his reservation we are going to reimburse the pre-paid amount reduced for penalties later on listed and for expenses of our services. For expenses of the services we calculate the sum of 50,00 EUR. Penalties for cancellation of the reservation: 60 - 30 days before the planed arrival date - amount equal to the price of one day 30 - 15 days before the planed arrival date - two days 15 - 0 day before the planed arrival date - three days The day of cancellation will be the day of the receipt of receipt of your information. The rest of the sum will be immediately transferred to the account indicated by the customer.   RESPONSIBILITY:   We accept no responsibility for whichever damage takes place to the person or the things of their property during the stay (personal lesions, losses of objects, negligence of persons in charge of some other persons in public services, etc.)
