Is there a minimum contract period or commitment required?

Our staffing software requires a minimum contract period of 12 months. We believe this timeframe allows our customers to fully experience the benefits and efficiencies of our platform.

Can I add or remove users during the contract period?

During the contract period, you have the flexibility to add users at any time. However, once users are added, they cannot be removed until the end of the contract period. Any additional users added during the contract will be charged a prorated seat amount for the month they join, along with the ongoing seat price for all subsequent months for the duration of the contract.

Are there additional storage fees?

At this time, there are no additional storage fees. However, please note that our pricing structure is subject to change in the future, and we will notify our customers in advance of any updates or modifications to our fee structure.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments via ACH on a quarterly basis. This payment option provides convenience and ensures seamless transactions for our customers throughout their contract period.
